Casa Beatrice
Besides the balcony with its dining table, the courtyard and the garden furniture as well as the owners‘ washing machine and 2 bicycles can be used.
The apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom (with an additional fold-up bed), one spacious and sunny living room with a pullout sofa (= double bed), a bathroom (with bathtub) and a bright living-kitchen. It is equipped with a sat-TV and central heating system. Moreover, there is a piano (including some selected music) and an extensive library containing international fiction, books about philosophy, traveling, cooking and fairytales, mostly in German and English.
The vacation apartment in Casa Beatrice at Via Principale 50 is situated on the first floor above the owners‘ flat and has a balcony towards a nice little flowery courtyard. An outside stair leads from the courtyard up to the entrance of the vacation apartment.
This modern yet charming apartment has been equipped and furnished with much care and love, in order to create for each room an individual character.
